January 1986 to April 1987 General Manager of the Commercial and Institutional Pools Division of Sylvan Pools in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities included all sales, design, and construction of pools for the entire division that covered an area from Vermont to Virginia. The pools ranged in size from large colleges and universities to smaller hotel/motel and apartment complex pools.
Wade Associates, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in providing professional services in the design of swimming pool and aquatic facilities.
Wayne W. Wade, who is the sole owner, formed Wade Associates in April of 1987. In October 1998, Wade Associates was incorporated. Wayne has over thirty (30) years of experience in the design and construction of swimming pool and recreational projects, including new facilities and renovation of existing facilities. He has provided services to many communities, institutions, YMCA’s, and private associations on a variety of projects. He is familiar with the requirements and codes of all state and federal regulatory agencies, as well as industry standards for swimming pools. Wayne is a member of the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP), World Water Park Association, North East Spa & Pool Association (NESPA), the Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society (PRPS), and the National Recreation And Park Association (NRPA) Aquatic Division.
